Central England Temperature – not much to report here either

Following on from my analysis of the Armagh maximum temperature record, here is the longest instrumental temperature record in the world:

The blue line is the least squares fit.

During the period 1659-2010, the CET temperature rose by 0.9ºC.

The Fourier Analysis:

Like the Armagh record, there is no periodic signal in the data other than the yearly cycle and two harmonics (6 months and 3 months, duh)
